Youth Mental Wellness Alliance is a parent-led nonprofit strengthening mental health support for kids and teens in families, schools, and communities.
Who We Are
We are a collaborative community resource hub connecting families to trusted, evidence-based mental health support. Through partnerships with families, schools, mental health professionals, and community organizations, we advance initiatives that strengthen youth mental wellness across home, school, and community.

KTVB's Mom Matters segment features Dr. Ethan Sims, from Idaho Clinicians for Climate and Health, and Dr. Wesley Pidcock discussing how climate events like wildfires and extreme heat harm children's physical and mental health. Sims & Pidcock explain that while smoke and heat directly impact kids' developing bodies, witnessing these environmental changes also contributes to rising rates of eco-anxiety and stress among youth.
